Equipment Rentals for Construction, Compact, and Forestry Work

Short-term projects, changing workloads, and tight schedules can make it hard to keep the right machine on hand. Doggett Equipment offers equipment rentals for contractors, businesses, and crews that need machines for construction, compact jobsite work, forestry, and material handling.

Our rental inventory helps you match equipment to the job without adding a permanent fleet asset. When your work calls for a different machine type, our broader equipment inventory and construction equipment pages can help you compare options for upcoming projects.

    FAQs

The best way to find out what's available is by filling out the form on our rental page. This puts you in touch with our John Deere rental equipment expert that can put you in the right machine you're looking for or is best suited to accommodate your equipment needs.
When looking for a compact or construction equipment rental, you can indicate monthly, weekly, or daily in the drop-down list on the form on our rental page. You can also indicate "other" in the same drop-down list. Use the comments form to provide specifics when completing the form.
At this time, we only offer construction or compact equipment rental through our website. Besides John Deere backhoes, crawler dozers, wheel loaders, excavators, and articulated dump trucks, we also offer Dynapac asphalt compactors and Bergmann dump trucks.
For a construction or compact equipment rental, you must carry general liability insurance with a coverage limit of at least $1,000,000 (USD). In the event of a claim, you must also provide evidence of damage to equipment and/or purchase a loss damage waiver option.
That's a decision for you to make. A good rule of thumb is that if you don't use a piece of equipment more than 60 to 70 percent of the time, you should look for a compact or construction equipment rental. Depending on the type of projects you work on and your budget and cash flow considerations, it may be better to buy used equipment. In some situations, renting equipment can save you money and allows you to only incur expenses when you need the equipment for your next job.
Yes, Doggett Equipment offers flexible financing and leasing options for John Deere construction and forestry equipment.
