- Provide technical support in Service Advisor
- Educate customers on features and benefits of all products and services including allied products
- Maintain awareness on all parts and service competitors
- Educated customers on JD Link and proactively manage subscriptions and promote renewals
- Prepare written quotes and estimates to customers as well as coordinate service calls in conjunction with the service department
- Manage customers undercarriage systems by periodic inspections and project replacement guidelines
- Build long term relationships with customers
